| St
Kilda Community Sports Society
We
are a Charitable Trust raising
funds through gaming machines
for distribution to the local
community. We fund sport,
education, welfare and other
community organisations. When
funds are available, grants
are made taking into account
the greatest community benefit
- in the Trustees opinion.
We attempt to meet the demands
of all our applicants, but
the Society does not guarantee
the level of funding or that
any funding will be made at
all. The Trustees meet monthly
and applicants will be informed
by letter whether their application
has been successful or not.
AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
Pursuant to the Gambling Act 2003 (Sec 110 1-3) St Kilda Community Sports Society advises that funds are available for authorised purposes. Correctly completed applications may be forwarded to the Society at any time. Grants are made on the first business day of each month after being considered by the Trustees at a meeting during that month. If an application cannot be funded immediately it may be held over until the next meeting. It is helpful to the Society if applicants have their applications in to the Society 2 -3 months prior to the requirement of funds. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
